New punk zine from Mexico City! This debut issue features interviews with Alexis Velez Rodríguez—from the Colombian bands Ataque de Sonido and the underrated Organismos—discussing the hardcore and extreme metal scene in Medellín during the 80s and 90s, and the La Ciudad Podrida compilation. One of our contributors gives us the lowdown on the punk scene in central and southern Japan, covering cool bands and wild shops. We also sat down with the controversial Zappa—from legendary bands SS-20 and Convulsiones—to hear about punk gang battles involving chains and nunchucks, what it was like being a woman in the 80s, and her punk wedding where Yaps performed. Plus, short pieces on chaos magic, the Ilegales show at the Lunario before Jorge passed away, album reviews, and much, much more! 52 pages; two-color screen-printed front and back covers.
