Pou - Dimonis LP
Raw, dark and twisted hardcore punk taking the road less traveled by making something totally unique and outside of any current trend. The music here is droning, with parts that bring to mind the most dirge-y early Disorder, or passages off the first Killing Joke LP, especially with the drumming. The label makes a comparison to the “Archaic” EP by Rudimentary Peni, and that is a great one I never would have thought of on my own, but regardless, Pou sounds like it’s own thing with diverse and natural influences. Highly Recommended.
